Rise Stronger: Embracing the Power of Rebuilding When Life Knocks You Down
Overcoming Adversity and Embracing Resilience for a Brighter Future
Hello Warrior,
I hope this email finds you well, but we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way. Today, we want to share a message of hope and resilience, reminding you of the incredible strength within you to rebuild when life gets you down.
Life's journey is often marked by highs and lows, and it is in those moments of adversity that we discover the true depth of our character and resilience. When faced with setbacks or hardships, it's natural to feel disheartened and overwhelmed. However, it is during these difficult times that we have the opportunity to rise stronger, to rebuild our lives, and to create a brighter future.
In this weeks video, I talk about why we need to be occasionally knocked down, so that we can build something even better. I hope you enjoy.
Your assignment recap:
1) Take something that feels overwhelming and impossible, and break it down into smaller, bite-sized, pieces.
a) Use a journal to help you see all of the pieces
2) Work on those smaller pieces and use those pieces to rebuild your vision into a new/better direction.
Also, remember, the act of deconstruction is not a sign of failure but rather a sign of growth and transformation. It takes strength and resilience to recognize when something needs to be dismantled and the determination to rebuild it from the ground up.
Coming up next week, a special Father’s Day message where I’ll talk about important lessons learned from my dad, and my grandfathers.
Thanks,
Lawrence Stone

P.S. This message comes from someone who has had to break down things and rebuild them over and over again. Sometimes it starts to feel hopeless, but as I continue to rebuild, my life is getting better and better. I want to use my experiences to help you with your rebuilding process. Please reach out and set up a discovery appointment so we can talk about what you want to rebuild, and I can show you how I can help.
P.P.S. If you want to hear a better version of someone retelling the story from Hugh B. Brown, check out this video below.
