You Have Magic Words, So What Kind of Spells are You Casting
This week I want to talk to you about the power that comes with your words, and how they affect you on a molecular level.
Hello Warrior,
This week’s message is focused on the words that we are surrounding ourselves with. I love the quote you can see her from Bruce Lee. It may be one of my all-time favorite quotes.
Bruce Lee's wisdom encapsulates a fundamental truth: the words we choose to speak hold tremendous energy, and this energy shapes our reality. The thoughts we articulate, whether to ourselves or others, are like spells that influence our perceptions, emotions, and actions.
I dive into this idea more in my video:
I truly hope that the information you got from that video was absolutely mind blowing, and caused you to think about the kind of language and world you have created around you. It really does matter, all the way down to your molecules.
Your assignment, get away from those people and things that are speaking negatively to you, and about you. You deserve better. If you’re struggling with your negative self talk, and how you perceive yourself, follow these steps:
Wake up and go to the mirror,
Repeat the following statements:
“You are a beautiful person!”
“I love you!”
“I know you have value!”
Make sure you surround yourself with other people who will say the same thing. When you say it, have conviction. I know it is true. I know you have value. You are a beautiful person. You are loved, if at the very least, by me.
Take that with you and do great things.
Thanks,
Lawrence Stone

P.S. Here are some videos showing results of Dr. Emoto’s experiment, and someone doing the rice experiment. The results are eye opening and amazing.
